Inmobiliaria San Felipe, is a private sector company which purchases, renovates and sells properties in the city’s Casco Antiguo, with the aim of contributing to the preservation of our national heritage as well as providing an adequate economic return to its shareholders.
The company’s Board of Directors comprises prominent Panamanian business-people interested in renovating the city’s Casco Antiguo and who have been drawn from a number of different professions – architecture, real estate development, the travel industry, finance, banking, law and insurance. In addition, the company has more than 80 shareholders who all share an interest in renovating the area.

Our Mission
Our aim is to contribute to the renovation and to increase the value of the Casco Viejo through our investment and developments, thereby converting the area into the city’s historical cultural and tourist center.
We have undertaken the renovation and preservation of properties according to the restoration criteria established by National Heritage and in laws which currently govern the subject.
Our Vision
We have developments spread out among various price levels, based on demand. Any commercial development must blend well into the area, with an emphasis on those which have particularly interesting features.
