Compañia Inmobiliaria San Felipe, S.A. Is a private sector inniciative for the aquisition, value, sale and rent of properties in El Casco Antiguo (Historical city center) of Panama City, with the goal of contributing in the recovery of our historical heritage, and obtain Return of Investment to our share holders.

The company has a board of directors with panamanian businessmen that share the interest to make restoration of El Casco Antiguo possible. Those businessmen come from important possitions within a wide range of proffessions that relate to architecture, real estate, tourism, finance, banking, insurance and legal. Also, the share holders group of this company is made by more than 80 share holders who share a common interest, restoring en rehabilitating the area.

Our main goal is to collaborate through our investments and projects with the restoration and revalue of El Casco Antiguo in order to convert it in the historical and tourist center of our city.

We propose to achieve restoration and rehabilitation of real estate being close to the criteria established by any laws regarding Historical Heritage.

Our projects will be offered to a several economical levels, based on demand. Commercial projects will be made according to the area, and enphasizing in those of special interest.
